Entitlement Wars

As the war on government spending escalates in Washington, we see the abject failure of American politics in action. Both parties struggle for power and control of the welfare state. The stakes are high. On one hand we have the preservation of our economy, our republic, culture and American sovereignty; on the other the perpetuation of the oppressive state which comes complete with keys to the Federal Reserve, fiat currency, a monopoly on force, and the legal jurisdiction to rob society of wealth.

We are witnessing a tipping point in American democracy, whereby the entitlement class has grown into a formidable voting block, enabled by the vast government bureaucracy, which grows exponentially to redistribute the wealth of our industry. Democrats and Republicans alike know that elections are bought and paid for with entitlements, lucrative often no compete federal contracts, funding for unions and other government sponsored entities; Fannie Mea & Freddie Mac,  financial institutions, insurance companies, real-estate, and the list goes on.

Those Americans, who conduct their lives based on reality and the causality thereof, know that government spending has reached a zenith and is unsustainable. Both parties maintain the pathological lie that they are fiscally conservative, that they intend to shrink government spending and cut entitlements, yet actions speak louder than words. Obama’s annual budget calls for 3.7 trillion in spending; spending that is littered with entitlements old and new. The democrats in the house and senate continue their time honored altruistic practice of using the poor and the elderly as human shields while they assail republicans for austere economic policies.

The republican party, having long been commandeered by neoconservatives, swell their numbers in both the house and senate. They play a dangerous game of appeasement, conceding the liberal poison incrementally through a deceptive practice known as compromise. Evil like poison cannot be tolerated incrementally; the end run will lead to nothing but corruption and death.
